Do you offer refunds?

No refunds or credits are issued for past or unused service periods. If you have prepaid for a term such as an annual plan, you may request a pro-rated refund for any full unused months remaining in that prepaid term, less any prepaid discount. See our Terms of Service for the complete policy.
