How do I cancel my service?

You may cancel in writing (via email or support ticket) at any time, provided your services are not part of a separate service contract. A cancellation request is not effective until we send you a written confirmation email, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
