Watchman Monitoring Integration – Discontinuation

Since 2014, Mac Mini Vault has provided Watchman Monitoring free of charge to customers on our Enterprise colocation package and later to all customers with dedicated Mac minis. While we continue to believe that Watchman Monitoring is a great tool for IT consultants to aid in monitoring customer servers, we will be removing it from our service offering as of January 2023 so that we can focus on providing our other core services efficiently.

Mac Mini Vault has initiated a remote removal of the Watchman Monitoring agent from all customer Macs. If, for some reason, Watchman wasn’t removed from your Mac, or you’ve disabled automatic communication with Watchman’s servers, you can manually remove the agent by following the instructions on this page: https://support.watchmanmonitoring.com/hc/en-us/articles/705065-Removing-the-Monitoring-Software
