What is an “Emergency Loaner mini”?

Our Enterprise colocation service includes a service where we will deploy an emergency loaner mini to you at no additional charge. This can be used if your machine suffers a type of failure that would prevent it from being online in a short amount of time. Normally we are able to repair and rebuild machines very quickly and this service isn’t required — but the option is there just in case it is needed.
