What is an “Emergency Loaner mini”?

Our Enterprise colocation service includes a service where we will deploy an emergency loaner mini to you at no additional charge. This can be used if your machine suffers a type of failure that would prevent it from being online in a short amount of time. Normally we are able to repair and rebuild machines very quickly and this service isn’t required, but the option is there just in case it is needed.
