Create and manage access to your Mac servers by giving our NOC engineers plain english examples of what services need to be accessed by which locations. Our engineers will tailor a specific set of filtering rules and apply them to your firewall. It’s easy to make any changes or additions by opening up a support ticket.
Secure VLAN
The Managed Firewall service includes a secure VLAN with your own subnet of IP addresses. Each firewall customer is assigned their own VLAN. We can easily add or remove a Mac mini to your secure VLAN.
Please note that adding or removing firewall service from a Mac server will require changing the IP address of the server.
Multiple Macs
Protect multiple Mac mini or Mac Pro servers that you colocate in our data centers. A firewall can only protect a Mac that is in the same data center that firewall is located in. For example, a firewall that protects a Mac mini in MKE1 could not be used to also protect a second Mac mini in PHX1.

Add our Managed Firewall service to your order. Include any preliminary firewall access requests in the order notes. An engineer will contact you regarding firewall configuration. Firewall service can be added at any time to an existing server, open a support ticket for more information.
